Ordered 16 puff bar plus disposables and all of the serials numbers came back fake or already checked. Contacting them for a full refund or will file with credit card company.
I've changed my review from 5 to 1 star! After spending hundreds of dollars with this place, they shorted me on an order and never sent me the rest of my order. They assured me that the rest of my order was going to be sent out immediately but it never happened. Horrible customer service and they obviously dont care about loyal customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They have sent wrong items, and shorted us on orders. They are very hard to get a hold of since they only will do it through a text message. And it takes forever for them to get back to you and your issue usually doesn’t get resolved. They like to argue so the old adage that the customer is always right doesn’t apply to them.
the process is quick and easy. very smooth navigation through website and checkout was wonderful.
The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t give MORE stars than 5/5!????

I got a few things from the website & it was very user friendly & easy to understand. I got my package fast & everything was just as I ordered. Definitely will be getting more of my items from here.
Usually don’t do reviews ever but First time buying and it was such a great experience.order 4 and all of them worked perfect . Fast shipping and great customer service . The lady I spoke to was extremely nice and was very attentive 10/10 will buy again .
I have placed several orders and have had a great experience each time. Orders ship the day I put them in and there is usually a bonus for ordering 10. Have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
